I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, just opposite the Matsumoto station, making it easy to walk to. The room with the double bed was tiny, which was a downside. The service was good, especially with helpful staff offering tours/ticket assistance. However, the dining options were limited to shabu-shabu only.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and had twin beds which were much bigger than expected, providing great comfort. The service was exceptional with prompt assistance and a lovely welcome drink. The location was perfect, right opposite the JR station, making transportation super convenient. The dining experience, especially the Asian street food, was a culinary adventure. The facilities were top-notch with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
